The admission ticket entitles entry only if the ticket holder, at the time of purchase, accepts the house rules of the concert venue. Compliance with these rules is monitored by the event staff.
The bringing in, possession, or use of narcotic substances or any other substances prohibited by law is strictly forbidden within the event area. The Organizer reserves the right to conduct security checks at entry and throughout the entire duration of the event, including the inspection of clothing and bags (search). If, during such inspections, any participant is found to possess or is suspected of possessing illegal or seemingly illegal substances, this will result in immediate police notification in accordance with applicable laws and an immediate ban from the event.
The serving of alcoholic beverages to persons under the age of 18 is prohibited, and service is also not permitted to guests who are in an intoxicated state.
It is also prohibited to bring into the event area any professional audio or video recording equipment, dangerous objects (including but not limited to glass bottles, weapons, knives, stabbing or cutting tools), pyrotechnic devices, as well as alcoholic beverages.
Violation of the house rules may result in immediate removal from the event area.
For the safety of guests and property, an electronic surveillance system (CCTV) operates within the club premises. Recording and processing of footage is carried out in accordance with applicable data protection laws. By entering the premises, guests acknowledge the fact of video surveillance.
The use of drones to capture video or photographic recordings within or above the event venue is permitted only with prior written consent of the Organizer, in compliance with all applicable legal regulations, and without endangering the safety of participants.
Audio and video recordings will be made at the concert, in which you may appear. In this regard, no claims may be made against the Organizers, event staff, or performers/artists.
The sound and lighting effects used during the concert may cause physical discomfort or hearing damage to sensitive individuals. By entering the venue, guests acknowledge this and do so at their own risk. Lost items will be kept at the reception of the Lovarda University Cultural and Conference Center for one week. After 7 days following the event, lost items will be transferred to Red&White located in the Nagyerdei Stadium. Inquiries regarding lost items can be made via email at info@lovarda.hu. The Organizers assume no responsibility for material damages resulting from the negligent behavior of guests.
Driving onto, stopping, or waiting on the decorative stone-paved area in front of Lovarda is prohibited.
Smoking is permitted only in designated smoking areas.
The Organizers reserve the right to control admission and to make changes to the program.
Damaged wristbands do not entitle entry.
Please take the above into consideration when attending events.
RULES OF CONDUCT
Guests are required to behave within generally accepted norms on the premises of Lovarda, in compliance with applicable legal regulations and these house rules. Guests must refrain from any conduct, communication, or behavior that may violate or endanger the personal rights, life, health, or physical integrity of others. Guests are particularly required to protect natural and built values within the Lovarda premises and must refrain from causing any damage to them. The Operator requests that guests use the provided waste bins for disposal of litter.
A person may be removed from the Lovarda premises if they:

Endanger the life, physical integrity, or property rights of others, their property, or the natural environment;

Engage in physical violence;

Fail to protect natural values;

Exhibit disorderly conduct (generally antisocial, violent, scandalous, alarming behavior, or behavior that grossly violates the norms of coexistence, or otherwise gives grounds for police intervention);

Incite hostility against members of other social groups or otherwise provoke unrest among the audience through aggressive behavior;

Fail to remove prohibited items from the premises upon request;

Entered Lovarda not through the designated entrance or have previously been removed;

Enter or remain in restricted areas without authorization (e.g., backstage, construction areas, service areas, storage areas). In case of any accidents occurring in such areas, the Operator assumes no liability;

Are subject to age restrictions or have been banned from the premises by the Operator or the Organizer.
Persons who are denied entry or removed for the above reasons are not entitled to a refund of the admission fee.
