The ticket entitles you to enter only if the ticket holder accepts the rules of the concert venue at the same time as purchasing the ticket, and the organizers will check compliance with them.
The import of any professional image or sound recording device, pyrotechnic articles, drugs, alcohol, dangerous objects (glass, weapon, knife, etc.) into the concert is strictly prohibited! We do not serve alcoholic drink to Guests under the age of 18 or anyone being drunk.
Video recordings or photo images in the area of or over the event location with the use of drones may be taken solely with the prior written consent of the organizers, in compliance with all the relevant legal regulations, by not compromising the safety of the participants in any manner.
The concert will be recorded audiovisually in which the guests might appear. By purchasing the ticket all parties acknowledge that, thus no legal rights can be claimed against neither the organizers nor the performers of the concert.
The sound and light effects used at the concert may result in physical discomfort or hearing impairment for those being sensitive to such effects. You should be aware of this fact when entering the location at your own responsibilities.
The found objects will be kept at the reception of the Lovarda Egyetemi Kulturális és Konferenciaközpont for a week. The organizers will not be made liable for any property damage that arises from the irresponsible conduct of the Visitor.
It is forbidden to drive, stop and wait in the paved area in front of the Lovarda!
Smoking is permitted solely at the specifically designated locations.
The organizers reserve the right to enter and change the program!
No admission may be granted with damaged wristbands!
MANNER RULES
The Guest is obliged to behave in the area of the Lovarda in accordance with the general norms, in accordance with the relevant legal regulations and these policies. The Guest is obliged to refrain from any manifestation, communication or action that may endanger or violate the privacy rights, life, health or physical integrity of others. The Guest is increasingly obliged to protect the natural and built values in the area of the Lovarda and to refrain from damaging them. The Operator will ask the Guests to use the garbage collectors to dispose of the garbage.
The organizer can remove a person who:
- Dangers the life, physical integrity, property rights of other persons or themselves; endangers the integrity of their property, the natural environment;
- Commits deeds;
- Does not protect natural values;
- Is violent (generally provocative, anti-communal, violent, outrageous or alarming, or manifestly contrary to the requirements of cohabitation, or otherwise based on police action);
- Incites against members of other social groups or incites unrest within the public by his aggressive behavior;
- Does not remove prohibited objects from the area despite being prompted to do so.
- Did not enter the Lovarda through the entrance or was previously removed from it;
- Enters and stays in a closed area without permission (backstage, construction site, service area, warehouse, etc.). If you have any accidents at these locations, the Organizer is not responsible for them!
- Is age restricted by or the Organizer banned them from the area.
- You cannot claim back the entrance fee if you have not been admitted or removed due to the rules written above.
